Important: Tripe is a natural product with nothing added or taken away and as such can vary greatly in colour, smell and fat content.
The fat content shown in the table on the next tab is an example of the particular batch that was analysed but all tripe will vary in fat content depending on where in the country they have come from, the type of grass they have been fed and the time of year. Sometimes it is whiter and fattier than other times so please bear this in mind when ordering.
Raw green tripe offers beneficial bacteria and enzymes. It has a desirable calcium:phosphorus ratio of 1:1. Green tripe’s pH is acidic, the protein is 16.2%, and the fat is 12.1%. It also has the correct proportions of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.
One of the best constituents of raw green tripe is lactobacillus acidophilus. This is one of the intestinal bacteria that keep unwanted bacteria such as e-coli, salmonella and listeria from overpopulating and causing health problems.
A balance of microflora in the gut is extremely important to maintaining good health.
These probiotics help keep the animal’s immune system in top shape.
Digestive enzymes. The enzymes that help the ruminant digest its meal will give the pet the same benefit. Dogs and cats do not naturally produce amylase, so the nutrients present in vegetative matter are not readily available to them. Raw green tripe contains these digestive enzymes.
This product comes as 10 individual unwrapped frozen blocks of approximately 500g each. Each block is approximately half the size of a house brick.

Having a big dog looking very underweight due to allergies and being fussy is awful, I have been giving her beef complete which agreed with her but won't eat offal, I called 'Theyloveit' for advice.. a nice lady suggested we try her on green tripe.
This had no plastic packaging no bad smell, manageable blocks and best of all my dog loves it.

Congratulations on providing such a high quality and extensive raw feeding range, I have been feeding my dogs for the last 15 years on raw food and have to say that your meats are the very best I have bought. My dogs absolutely LOVE IT.

I recommend this product. It is popular with my dogs and good value for money. My french bulldogs know what they like and can be quite take it ir leave it about their food. But this has them lurking, sniffing the air etc and their meal is gone in half the time and without the usual musical bowls.

My dogs love the tripe. Literally the best value out there and quality. I love the fact it’s in blocks without individual packets. You can just take a block out to defrost. Such great value and convenience and the postage is free!

First try at raw feeding for my 2 dogs, collie and labrador. They loved it, the lab has multiple food intolerances and has no problems with this. The collie's coat had really improved in condition.
