Please be aware that if you order 5kgs on its own without another 5kg product in the same box then it will defrost quicker in the warmer weather and may arrive defrosted. This is fine to refreeze but it will need separating before freezing. We strongly advise using the pre-12 delivery option if ordering only 5kgs. For best results, order multiples of 2x5kgs, 4x5kgs etc. We will not refund or replace if it arrives defrosted.

great product, my dog loves it! the only thing I would change is the polystyrene insulation in the box, terrible stuff which is difficult to dispose of, I would like to have a green alternative (if there is such a thing)
