Cannot fault these people. Easy and swift ordering on the website, almost immediately available products for pick up. Pleasant, polite and friendly staff. Even Ronnie (the EB whose food it is) loved his first visit with all the fuss and the occasional treat!

I think I gave my Bernadoodle..(Big boy at 45 kgs)too much over too short a period and upset stomach... I mix with normal kibble... he was used to Pets at home frozen mince but this seems much meatier and stronger... Have to add he loves it...
Could turn out to be expensive Red Kite food who visit bird table daily....

My puppy has been on this food since he was 12 weeks old. He absolutely loves it and is getting bigger by the day. It’s great to be able to test all the different flavours with the mixture bundle. Would highly recommend this company

My dogs have been on raw all of their lives. Unfortunately my local abattoir closed a fortnight ago so I've had to find another affordable supply. I tried another national supplier but my food bill quadrupled and every piece was packed individually in single use plastic 🙄 .I have to say that I'm really chuffed in the form that TLI's grub is supplied in . The blocks are a perfect size for my GSP and a few quick strokes with the bow saw produces three portions for my Beddy/Whippet/Greyhound. I am also using the 80/10/10 recipes.
Theyloveit is a fantastic supplier. I am never disappointed. Delivery is super fast and it really helps that I am able to select my delivery date. The quality of the meat is supreme. I have 2 XL Bullies who go head over heals for it & have put on a healthy amount of weight and are more energised throughout the day now☺️
My dogs love this product ordering and collection was easy .
I feed this frozen but also started to dehydrate it in strips to make a more crunchy treat and saves space in the freezer

I’ve been buying Naturaw for some time which is a good quality food but very expensive. Just swapped To They Love it for a trail and the quality of food is equally as good but at a much better and affordable price. The dogs loved it as the company name says.
I’ll be swapping now and placing my orders here going forward.
Although still transitioning my 2 canne corso seem to be loving it stools are good solid ,bowls licked clean twice lol delivery was superb was lovely and frozen still, keep up the great work the benfleet massive lol

Bought mini thinking it would be small fish but they're massive! User error but worth checking before buying in the future.
This is our go to every single order, we always get something else too but this is the staple as our pooches thrive on this. Their coats, poops and general well being is at their best with this.

Wouldn't buy anywhere else. This was the first beef and chicken we've bought as we always get chicken complete and there was not a single thing left.
Best raw food for our pooches and they've tried a few. No waste and no excessive packaging like most the other brands. Staff are lovely and the shop is always full of goodies
I was looking for a raw food that was more substantial that the current one used.
This 'fits the bill' and appeared to be enjoyed.
The service from the company was excellent and the delivery was so prompt. My puppy is enjoying the lamb with chicken, not so keen on the green tripe but that is just a food preference. Quality was the same with both.

Puppy didn't like it at all think the fox is in for a few meals and the mackerel add on all she did was throw it round the garden so that went to feed the seagulls. Won't be ordering these again.
Recommended company by a dog friend. Good website. Easy to order. Informed all the way on delivery, with arrival on the chosen day. Needless to say, the Berns love the tripe. Comes in a polystyrene box (it’s a frozen product after all), 10kilos in a large bag, cut into smallish frozen blocks that are easy to get out of the freezer. No wee extra plastic bags of squishy wet tripe to dish out.
Will defo be ordering again.

My cat has been on katkin 100% fresh ,he loved it but was coning In at 62 per month .. I've tried to change him to this and he just recoils. . Been mixing with his regular and adding in some chicken sprinkles which he lives .. he will eat it eventually, but he's not happy! The meat looks to be great, if only he'd eat it! ..

What's not to live (if you're a dog, that is)? Mine certainly can't find fault with the tripe, unless it is that not enough gets put in their bowl, and not often enough.
