This mince is an easy and fast way to add a good source of protein and bone to your animal's diet

Simply thaw and feed

All of the ingredients of this mince are collected daily from human grade cutting plants and quickly minced and frozen

Each block is approximately the size of half a house brick and weighs around 500g but is hand cut and each block weight will vary. 

We sell to you in TOTAL weight, NOT block weight

All of our products are Defra Approved 13/265/8006 ABP/PTF and have Full Traceability

As you may know, Taurine is an amino acid that both dogs and cats require for health. For cats, it is an essential amino acid because their bodies cannot synthesize it, so it must be acquired from the diet. Dogs however, can synthesize taurine from two other amino acids, methionine and cysteine (which are found in meat). For cats, taurine is necessary for brain, nerves, eyes, heart, digestion, immune function and fetal development. For dogs, taurine is needed for eyes, reproduction, bile acid (for fat digestion) and for healthy heart. Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) in dogs and cats is associated with inadequate taurine levels.

Taurine naturally occurs in raw meat and organs but up to 50% can be lost if you cook it (never cook our raw food).
