Simply thaw and feed
All of the ingredients of this mince are collected daily from human grade cutting plants and quickly minced and frozen
Each block is randomly cut and will vary in size and weight
We sell to you in TOTAL weight, NOT block weight
All of our products are Defra Approved 13/265/8006 ABP/PTF and have Full Traceability
Always take a photo of the Label with the BATCH Number on and keep until the entire batch has been used
You must be able to provide this batch number in the case of any issues
Always feed under supervision
Always ensure fresh drinking water is available

Poppy loves this, got very excited when I unpacked it to put it in the freezer. She would also have loved a chicken carcass and although I understand these are currently difficult to source I don't understand why you still have them on the web page when they are basically unavailable, so hope we can purchase some soon.

Hi Anne, I think you've misunderstood the product. These are Beef Cheeks and Lips which are very tough but highly nutrious and the dogs love them.

I ordered the Beef Chunks for my standard Parti Poodle Dante the food arrived very promptly. The quality is excellent and Dante loves the meat.

I understand that this kind of food isn't an exact science. However, the latest order has been very different to what we've had before. My dog has just turned his nose up to food..... for the first time in his life...... he's a Dalmatian and they eat anything! Very large lumps of uncuttable lips/gristle/solid fat. Before I've had pieces of meat that have kind of flaked off the block.

You've mentioned that they're 'not the same as before' but having checked your previous orders you don't appear to have ordered beef chunks before so won't have experienced this product from us.
Beef Chunks are purely cow lips and cheeks, as per the description on the product. They are not a mince nor will they flake off so I'm not sure which of your previous products you're comparing them to as none of your previous orders have included this product, but that is exactly what Beef Chunks are, large chewy lumps of lips and cheeks.

Always good quality and my dogs do love it! I usually collect but have moved out of the area so ordered a delivery. Excellent delivery time but meat was almost completely defrosted on arrival so stuck together when I put in my freezer. It's now wedged and I'm having to use hammer and chisel to try to break bits off to defrost. This is not an issue with They Love It but the courier. Would very much recommend this product
