Absolutely delighted. Good quality, prompt delivery. Love that they came in frozen blocks, so easy to manage both in terms of freezer storage and thawing required amounts.
Will be getting these again. My dogs love them!

Really pleased with these chicken necks. Good quality and plenty of flesh. Came very well packed and delivery time was excellent- just make sure you order before 8am cutoff on a Wednesday. These were a very competitive price too.

Really not good idea to cut them in blocks too. Not possible to separate & take one by one, instead the whole block needs to be defrosted, which is too much for us.

This is very unusual and only happens if your product has defrosted. You must in this case separate the meat before freezing.

I ama Theyloveit fan and ordered the chicken necks for the first time in blocks. I am sorry to say that i dont like the way they are frozen and chopped into blocks. When deforested there are only a few that are still whole due to the chopping process. I have dogs who like to chew the whole necks but too many are now small parts and too small for the dogs to get any satisfaction of chewing and they basically just swallow them whole pretty much. I would not buy these again, simply for that reason. I much rather they be in whole pieces. This is the only fault. Everything else 'I Love it'

Hi Angela. The way the necks come does vary depending on what we can get hold of and we do change the description accordingly to reflect what you will receive.
