Wouldn't buy anywhere else. This was the first beef and chicken we've bought as we always get chicken complete and there was not a single thing left.
Best raw food for our pooches and they've tried a few. No waste and no excessive packaging like most the other brands. Staff are lovely and the shop is always full of goodies

Our Felix has just started eating raw and in his second week he is in tip top condition, bright white teeth, only two healthy excretions a day and a coat as shiny as that of a seal. Never turning back. Fantastic quality and service. Thank you Jo and Richanrd.

I have been using “they love it” for a couple of years now, my Ziggy is a cross Chihuahua and Brussels griffon, so quite small about jack russell size.
I have fed him the chicken complete and the beef and chicken complete. He is thriving on it, beautiful coat, sweetish breath and good firm poos!!!!! Would recommend they love it to anybody.

My puppy loves this mince. He wouldn’t eat mince from the superstores but loves this.
Wish the click & collect come in 5kg blocks like the delivery version.

I have just got a Great Dane puppy and I have two smaller older dogs, I have never fed raw to my dogs before, luckily I’m round the corner to the Benfleet site so I popped round to the shop and the staff were brilliant, I was given lots of information on how much to feed etc. I have now put my two older dogs on the raw food and as the name says, “they love it” . I thought it would be expensive to feed raw but I’m surprised at how reasonable the price is. I would definitely recommend this company, the staff are lovely and there is so much advice also on their website, click and collect is so easy. I’d give 1 stars if I could 🤩
